Born in 1992 in Meizhou, Guangdong Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts, Sichuan Conservatory of Music in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree; Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts, Sichuan Conservatory of Music in 2018 with a master's degree, under the tutelage of renowned artist He Duoling. He is a member of Sichuan Oil Painting Society, a member of Nine Zero Creative Painting Society, and a special painter of Wu Guanzhong Art Museum. Luo Shipeng constructs a unique artistic language with delicate and slightly retro color tones, superb handling of details, and exploration of the boundary between abstraction and figuration. In his paintings, landscapes, plants and flowers are both familiar and unfamiliar - images that seem familiar but cannot find their exact counterparts in the real world, making them inaccessible to the viewer's eyes and creating a hazy and profound aesthetic mood between reality and illusion.
