Geng Defa is constantly exploring and seeking transformation on his artistic path. What we are familiar with in his daily works is the poetic and hazy imagery, mixed with complicated, intertwined, interspersed, and vague light, such as the ethereal and noisy imagery that seems to be moving but not static formed in the entangled life. He is like a walker in time, thinking in the daily life within his sight, forming the language trajectory of his creation and unique artistic qualities, and then constantly extending the trajectory and carrying out mutations over and over again.
