Born and raised in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, he has been staying in Hangzhou for more than 20 years since he was enrolled in the attached middle school of China Academy of Art. He has been recording this era in a "playful" way. He collects old wooden windows from all over the country, and through the window frames, he paints old buildings, Netflix buildings, lighthouses, and the daily life of contemporary city dwellers; the framed paintings are "paintings within paintings", where one painting covers another, and converses with each other.
