Lisa Pappon, born in 1963 in Hamburg, Germany, after graduating from the graphic design program at the Kunstschule Alsterdamm in 1989, she began to travel the world in search of herself and found her second home in São Paulo, Brazil. Her sculptures take precedence over the analysis and depiction of nature. By changing the form of the fruit and reproducing it in a variety of materials, Lisa wants to remind the viewer to discover the beauty around them. Additionally, Lisa Pappon's focus on the shape of the apple has led her to create a unified series of sculptures that express desire and the perfection of the sensual experience.
