Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, his work has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions, including Edelman Arts and Haunch of Venison in New York and Richard Heller Gallery in Santa Monica. His two new monumental paintings for the lobby of One World Trade Center in Manhattan are now on view. His work is in the collections of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, the Walker Art Center, the Weisman Museum of Art, and many other museums, corporate and private collections.
