Wei Xiaotian "line series" has been carried out for 11 years, "no one can do the same thing in a boring situation for so many years." 
Wei Xiaotian's works are detailed, with even, strong, layered lines, and unlike some easel paintings, Wei Xiaotian's works cannot be considered flat in the true sense of the word. Using mixed materials such as acrylics, the artist "pulls" the lines out of the two-dimensional, staggering them into each other in a clear and distinct manner. Curves are often associated with gentleness and relaxation, but the contours of the work, including the color divisions, convey solidity. When people get caught up in the details, they often loose control of the overall pattern, and the whole of a work is like the character of an artist.
